John,
Two quick things I want to share with you, because you’re here, you’re part of this campaign, and you deserve nice things. (Like a new Congressman in FL-15! But that’s not one of the things. Okay, three sentences is too long for a parenthetical…)
First, we launched a new ad! I guarantee you have never seen one like it — take it all in here, then share it with your friends, your mom, and the grouchy barista at the café down the street. And if the barista is still grouchy after watching our ad then, in hindsight, maybe you shouldn’t have shown it to them during the morning rush.

(By the way, my team wanted me to tweet “New campaign ad dropping today. Take a whiff!” when I announced this. You’ll understand when you watch it, but I’ll have you know that sometimes I’m the one reining things in.)
Second, I was interviewed by my good friend Parker Molloy. We had a wonderful conversation but the most important thing you need to know is that it included me saying this sentence: “I was a 15-year-old young man looking for guidance, looking for a life, and, of course, the big mouse came calling.” Listen to (or read) the rest of the interview here if you, like almost everyone else, are dying to know my origin story.

That’s all for this one, folks. Thanks for coming along on the wild ride that is giving-a-shit-and-trying-to-make-the-world-a-better-place. I’m glad to have you on my team.
— Eddie
P.S. Parker has a great newsletter about all things news and communication which, in my humble opinion, is worth a read. Check it out! [link removed]
