The Global Fragility Act of 2019 isn’t glamorous, but it’s critical in the fight to end extreme poverty.
This bill is taking a new approach to ending poverty by identifying the root causes. In short, The Global Fragility Act is focused on ending the cycle of violence and corruption that traps people in extreme poverty. Kind of like what your grandma used to say, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
The truth is, this isn’t simple stuff. But, we know ONE members like a challenge (hey, we're trying to end poverty). That's why we are reaching out to you - we need your help to build support for this bill. I have no doubt that with your actions, we can get this bill passed into law.
