$100,000 Fall Matching Gift Challenge
Dear John,
At the Alzheimer's Association, we're committed to achieving a powerful, positive, lasting impact.

An impact on research. An impact on federal and state Alzheimer's policies. And an impact on care and support that families living with Alzheimer's disease urgently need.

Tom and Diane Detelich are two people who called on the Alzheimer's Association for support when Tom's mother was diagnosed with the disease. "I found comfort and gained helpful understanding in talking to their experts," Tom said.

Now they're taking action. The Detelichs have generously offered to match every gift, up to a total of $100,000 until October 15 in our $100,000 Fall Matching Gift Challenge.

Their gift will support an awareness campaign for their local Alzheimer's Association chapter, while yours can go twice as far to advance research and provide care and support to people living with Alzheimer's.

Please make your gift during our $100,000 Fall Matching Gift Challenge:
$16 can become $32.
$30 can become $60.
$50 can become $100.
Double my gift now.

In our vital work to serve people living with Alzheimer's, I appreciate that we have the strong support of people like you. I believe our work is important to you, based on the actions you've taken, and I urge you to make your first gift today while you can achieve 2X the impact.

When you make a gift that can go twice as far now, you'll help power our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

And you'll take an active role in our work to:
  • Provide care and support to those impacted by Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
  • Advance critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
  • Advocate for policies that increase federal research funding and enhance support for all those affected.
Please give by October 15 to make sure your gift can have TWICE the impact to help move us closer to our vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.

Alzheimer's disease can have a devastating effect on families and communities. It can be an emotional strain and, of course, it can also be a financial strain. When people contact us, they need answers.

Having experienced our support firsthand, Tom recognizes how important it is to families. He says, "The Alzheimer's Association provides support and resources at no cost to the family. This support can make a huge difference in the quality of life of the individual living with Alzheimer's and the entire family."

We're here for families when they need us, because caring people like you are here when we need you most. This is one of those times. It's an extraordinary opportunity to achieve 2X the impact toward pushing critical research forward and providing care and support, with just one gift. And I urge you to respond as generously as you can.

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough
