John,
Kevin McCarthy is doing everything he can to obstruct the investigation into the January 6th insurrection. He repeatedly blocked it from coming to a vote, and he recently THREATENED companies that release GOP phone records to investigators.
He's either desperate to protect Trump, or he has something bigger to hide. Either way, his public threats appear to have violated the law protecting investigation from obstruction. It's important that we find out how Democrats across the country feel about this, which is why we're asking:

McCarthy's latest actions are just another reminder that he'd rather defend Trump and the furthest-right wing members of the GOP than fight for the Central Valley.
