I've spent so much of my life fighting to make sure that all people have access to the basic health care they need.

It's what fueled my passion for my work with Planned Parenthood, and it's a big part of what brought me to the Senate. Because I believe that people should have the freedom to live their lives as they want.

But when you don't have access to reproductive health care, it's not just your health that's impacted, your economic freedom is also limited. And right now, these freedoms are under attack.

Trump and Mike Pence will stop at nothing to end reproductive health care as we know it. They believe that physicians shouldn't give people all of the health care information that they need, and I cannot sit by and watch it happen.

Friend, when the government is looking over physicians' shoulders telling them what they can and cannot tell their patients, that's not freedom. That is wrong, and we need to fight with everything we have to stop Trump and the Republicans from taking away our freedoms.

Republican attacks on reproductive health care affect more than what we can or can't do with our bodies; it impacts the very foundation of our basic economic opportunity. It affects how we can strengthen the middle class, lift people out of poverty, and the ways we view our liberties in this country.
