Far-right extremists along with the anti-choice movement are on a mission to overturn Roe v. Wade , and laws like the Texas abortion ban are their perfect path to the Supreme Court.
That’s why we have to act right now to codify Roe v. Wade in Congress. My colleagues and I in the House just voted to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA), but we need the Senate’s votes to make Roe the law of the land.

Heartbeat abortion bills are being passed in state legislatures all around the country and they’re headed straight for the Supreme Court.
This term the Court is going to be hearing about a Mississippi law that is nearly identical to the one in Texas, banning abortions after 6 weeks, before most people know they’re preganant.
