The new Supreme Court term begins today.
We need to expand the Court before it’s too late.

Today marks the beginning of a new Supreme Court term — and the conservative extremists on the Court are prepared to make it one of the cruelest and most devastating terms in decades.
Abortion rights. Gun control. Anti-discrimination laws. Separation of church and state. These are just some of the issues the Court is set to deliberate on over the coming months. And, with right-wing political operatives like Brett Kavanaugh — who Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell installed on the Court three years ago this week — calling the shots, it’s safe to predict that these far-right judges will keep prioritizing the interests of Republican donors and corporate power over the will of the American people.
The longer our elected leaders wait to take action, the more this illegitimate Court will be able to exercise their influence — and the less we’ll be able to do about it in the future. We must expand the Supreme Court urgently to cancel out the anti-democratic, extremist power of Kavanaugh and his accomplices. Are you in?

It’s hard to believe that in less than a year, the unelected, far-right judges that now control the Court have further gutted the Voting Rights Act, enabled Texas to ban virtually all abortions in the state, and resurrected inhumane Trump-era immigration policies — all while routinely issuing decisions siding with corporate interests and Republican Party donors over working families.
The Judiciary Act of 2021 would add 4 seats to the Supreme Court — and immediately cancel out the power of the far-right supermajority that was cemented by the additions of Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett.
We can’t let another year go by like this. This illegitimate Court only grows more emboldened with every passing day that President Biden and Congress fail to act. Will you demand their urgent action today?
