You may have seen some headlines over these past few weeks about David Perdue’s fundraising haul and reporters commenting on how he outraised his opponents, like Ted.

But we wanted to give you a little peek behind the curtain. According to the numbers crunched by the Center for Responsive Politics, a mere 2.2% of Perdue’s fundraising comes from grassroots donors chipping in less than $200. He’s also raised almost $2 million from PACs!

In comparison, Ted’s campaign is fueled by a majority of grassroots donors – and he’s not accepting corporate PAC money at all.

So here’s where you come in, John.

If we’re going to continue to compete with Perdue’s war chest and flip Georgia blue next November, we need to keep up our grassroots momentum. This campaign is built by folks like you chipping in $5 or $10 here and there – take it from us, it all adds up!
