Washington's out-of-control spending, including the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill, has dire consequences. One of those consequences is rampant inflation. On Friday, the Federal Reserve's inflation gauge revealed that inflation reached a 30-year high in August.
For everyday Americans, this was hardly news. We have been paying higher prices for gas and food all year, so we have been experiencing inflation all year. Personal consumption expenditures increased 0.3 percent for the month of August, up an astonishing 3.6 percent from last year. This marks the biggest climb in inflation since 1991.
Send a message to Congress this week to tell them to stop the reckless spending. We are already paying for the Democrats' policies through inflation -- one of the most insidious taxes, and one that hurts all Americans, especially those who can least afford these higher prices.

United Airlines has taken the woke action of requiring a vaccine for employees, and now news reports indicate they are firing employees who do not comply.
