If you saw Mark Zuckerberg's testimony to Congress yesterday, you know that Facebook's Libra cryptocurrency product is not ready to ship.
Zuckerberg was asked tough questions for which he had no answers. At best, he does not take seriously the oversight role of Congress. At worst, he just doesn't know or doesn't care.
