Last night, we held the line. We stopped attempts by corporate America and
a few conservative Democrats to pass their small bill without President
Biden’s popular Build Back Better Act that makes long-overdue investments
in working people, families, and our communities. Corporations are
FURIOUS.
But Progressives aren’t giving in. We kept our leverage to ensure
Democrats in Congress expand Medicare, secure universal child care, pre-K,
and community college, fight climate change, invest in affordable housing,
and so much more.
The fight continues. We know that corporate America, Big Pharma, and the
fossil fuel industry will only redouble their efforts to stop climate
action and economic relief to the people. They will funnel even more money
into their negative ad campaigns.

that helps working people, chip in $3 right now to fuel my
push for President Biden’s Build Back Better Act.

Look, only about 5% of Congressional Democrats are opposing the $3.5
trillion reconciliation bill. The influence of corporate PACs and Wall
Street are very clearly propping up opposition to the Democratic agenda
that people across America demanded at the ballot box. But I’m fighting
back and I need you to join me.
Our progressive caucus is stronger and more resolute than ever. We won’t
give in to corporations profiting from polluting our planet, forcing folks
to ration their prescription drugs, and evicting people from their homes.

you contribute $3 today to keep our fight strong? We will
deliver for the people, no matter what corporate America and Big Pharma
does.
In solidarity,
Pramila
