Many thousands of people have been to visit Titus the T. rex at his temporary home in Wollaton Hall. With half term fast approaching, make sure you don't miss out on a holiday visit, as tickets are selling fast.

Titus is the only real T. rex on display in the UK and most of Europe... Titus: T. rex is King showcases the first real Tyrannosaurus rex to be displayed in England for over a century along with an interactive exhibition.

An absolute must-see, this is an epic, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to come face to face with a real T. rex up close and personal.

There are also family workshops this half term, offering the chance to work with theatre makers and artists to become a dinosaur on 18 October or become a paleo-artist and create your own dinosaur artwork on 27 October. (Charges apply.)

This much-loved annual event will be held in a new venue this year: the iconic Trent Bridge Cricket Ground.

The festival promises all of the usual attractions, including a massive choice of cask beers and real ciders, live entertainment, gin bar, numerous street food stalls and lots more.

If the weather is fine, you can take your drinks and sit in the autumn sunshine in the stands overlooking the hallowed turf.

The massive choice of real ales will be the largest selection of any similar festival in the world, covering the widest possible range of beer styles, including many modern variations usually referred to as "Craft Beers". There will also be a range of rare "Keykeg" beers lined up, some of which have never been seen in the city before.
