I have long said that Planned Parenthood and the radical Left worship at the altar of abortion.

Now a federal appeals court judge has agreed, stating that a "decision to strike down the anti-discrimination statute at the altar of abortion is wrong."

Now this case is on appeal; and JUST HOURS AGO, we filed a critical brief.

There is no "right" to abortion in the Constitution. Yet the Supreme Court created one out of thin air in Roe v. Wade, leading to the killing of over 63 million babies.

We've been working with state legislatures to help pass pro-life laws, and battling in court to dismantle the legal fallacies of Roe v. Wade and SAVE BABIES' LIVES. Yet the abortion industry is rushing to court to strike them down.

One of these heartbeat bills along with a critical ban on discriminatory abortions – abortions based on the race, sex, and potential Down syndrome diagnosis – is before the full Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. We JUST filed a critical amicus brief in this case to protect the unborn.

A major case is currently pending at the Supreme Court of the United States that could overturn Roe v. Wade, and we recently filed three critical briefs to defeat abortion. I'm also representing the state of South Dakota to protect another critical lifesaving law in federal appeals court.
