Last night, House progressives held the line to protect the Democratic agenda, delaying a vote on a smaller infrastructure bill until it can be passed alongside the president's larger Build Back Better bill.

MSNBC: "Flipping Beltway predictions, progressives become powerful allies for Biden agenda"

NPR's Sahil Kapur: "Helluva flex here from the House progressive caucus."

New York Magazine's Jonathan Chait: "My read is that Democrats are closer than ever to a deal to pass both bills and that the last 24 hours was positive, not negative."

MSNBC's Joy Reid: "The House Progressive Caucus is using its numbers and the power that comes from them to do something extraordinary: to try to enact a popular agenda that helps ordinary people over the objections of the powerful donor class. It’s breathtaking to watch."

Can you say thank you? Donate to the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC? The CPC is now the largest caucus in Congress --- let's make them even bigger!
