Friend,

I wanted to send you a quick personal note before our first FEC deadline hits tonight at midnight to let you know that we're still coming up just $8,127 short of our goal. If you're able, I'd be so grateful if you could make a $3 contribution.

It's almost impossible to ignore the unproductive noise coming out of Washington these days -- and it’s even harder to cut through it. But despite how bad things seem, this is the most encouraged and hopeful I've been about the future of our country.

It's been a challenging, enriching, and yes, (very) exhausting first quarter on the campaign trail here in Montana. But one of my biggest takeaways from the Montanans I've met is that the dysfunction that defines Washington most certainly does NOT define our community.

When we meet face-to-face, there's no "us vs. them" mentality that we see from politicians on TV. We talk about our lives, our kids' futures, keeping our families safe, and making sure we strengthen our economy. The same way we’re working through the pandemic, I know we'll be able to make meaningful progress for all Montanans.

But no one person can do this alone. What we're trying to build will take all of us working together, and your support is needed now more than ever.

Today is the final day to make a donation to our campaign ahead of our FEC deadline, and we’re still coming up short of our goal. Can you chip in whatever you can to help us hit the mark? I wouldn't be emailing you if it weren't important.
