Check-in and freak out as the Horror Hotel opens its doors to unsuspecting guests. Hotel proprietor Vincent Ravenghast invites you into a twilight world of faded Victorian grandeur, where a good night’s rest is the last thing you can expect! Navigate your way through the old hotel where the unquiet dead stalk the halls in a labyrinthine journey towards ‘Room 13’.
Visitors are invited to check in to the Horror Hotel - if they dare - where actors, dressed as spooky characters, provide the shocks and surprises as people navigate their way around the creepy old hotel.

Old Market Scare
The UK’s biggest mobile ghost train will be back to provide the thrills and for Halloween-goers, alongside an array of spooktacular family rides and attractions.
And for folk who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the ground there will be various food stalls and a themed bar where you can enjoy a witch’s brew and more, all centred around a huge lit-up Halloween pumpkin.

Beatboxing workshops; world-renowned graffiti artists, DJ masterclasses, song writing and music production workshops are all part of this unique arts event while party sensations, Big Fish Little Fish, are returning to Nottingham Contemporary with their award winning, critically-acclaimed, family rave.

Old Market Square Trinity Square
Recently named in Vogue's top Christmas Market listings - Winter Wonderland will open in the Old Market Square on Friday 15 November; offering seven weeks of family festive fun in the city, right up to New Year’s Eve.
Trinity Square will have a new festive offering this year in the shape of THOR’S tipi bar – a Christmas pop-up bar with a difference. A canvas tipi forms the bar, festooned with lighting. Inside, the bar is decked out with wooden tables and benches, cosy furs and a real fire pit, around which customers can soak up the Viking ‘hygge’ – (a Danish word for cosy, charming or special)

Forest Recreation Ground
The city’s biggest FREE Bonfire Night event returns for 2019 with two big fireworks displays at 19:15 and 21:00 (the earlier display being suitable for young children)
The lighting of the East Midlands’ biggest bonfire will be at 19:45, plus a massive fairground with traditional bonfire night treats. It’s a great family night out.
Please do not bring your own fireworks or sparklers to this event.
