I have HUGE news – and since you’re one of our best supporters, I wanted you
to be the first to know.

 

Earlier this week, we announced our lawsuit against Montgomery County Public
Schools over their refusal to consider a religious exemption to their blanket
COVID vaccine requirement for all of their employees.

 

Yesterday evening there was a hearing in this case and the judge refused to
grant our request for a restraining order against MCPS...

 

...HOWEVER, the reason the judge denied the request is because MCPS’ attorney
said, on the record, that MCPS would be allowing applications for religious
exemptions.

This is a massive victory.

 

EVEN THOUGH our client had been repeatedly denied the ability to do so,
because of our lawsuit, he and many others may now request a religious
exemption and keep their jobs.

But here’s the problem.

 

An AMERICAN CITIZEN shouldn’t have to file a federal lawsuit to have their
Constitutional Rights respected by the government.

 

We are blessed to live in a country where we can call upon the Constitution to
protect us from tyrannical government orders.

 

But if we turn our back, and fail to hold these bureaucrats accountable, the
Constitution will be shredded, and we’ll lose the rights we fought so hard to
preserve.

 

This is exactly why your continued of support of the Center for American
Liberty is so important.

 

Because of you, we’re able to act as watchdog that snaps into action the
moment we see your rights being diminished by overreaching government
authorities.

 

Just like we did with this vaccine mandate.

 

Truly, without your support we would not have been able to file this case
against MCPS, and we wouldn’t have been able to pressure them to respect
