Head to the capitol right now

Hey DC!

Urgent and really important request -- can you hop on the Metro or a bikeshare bike (wear a helmet!) right now and head to the Capitol? We’re joining activists from all across the democratic spectrum as part of the People’s Watch. 

We’ll be there as long as it takes to ensure House Democrats hold the line and pass the full Build Back Better plan, rather than cave to conservatives’ demands for a too-small bill. You might even see some familiar faces. :)

We’re at 1st and Independence SE, on the south-east (House) side of the building, opposite the mall. There’s Chinese food for dinner if you’re hungry (at least until we eat it all). See you soon and don't forget your mask!
