Hello from Iowa, friends!

As we reach the end of September, I wanted to provide updates on our campaign for Polk County Attorney. (Refresher: you might call this position “District Attorney” or “State’s Attorney” but we call that a “County Attorney” in Iowa.)

In the past month we received endorsements from the Des Moines Chapter of the National Organization of Women, Iowa State Senator Sarah Trone Garriott, Multnomah County, Oregon District Attorney Mike Schmidt, LULAC Council #307 Political Director Joe Henry, and many more ([link removed]) .

This past weekend we held an extremely successful virtual fundraiser headlined by amazing District Attorney Rachael Rollins (Suffolk County including Boston, Massachusetts.) We’ll be sharing video clips from that great event over the upcoming weeks.

This campaign impacts more than just Polk County, Iowa. The results here will add momentum to this movement to create a truly just, justice system.
