President Obama and President Trump Both Asked Congress... to pass legislation granting 700,000 DACA recipients and 1.6 million Dreamers permission to remain in this country. The Supreme Court will hear arguments on DACA beginning November 12th and will issue a ruling in the first half of 2020. This should not be left up to the courts to decide! Republicans and Democrats in Congress should come together on a bill that combines improvements to border security and protections for Dreamers.

It's past time that illegal immigrants and the people who employ them pay their fair share. The United States needs a system where the undocumented would be issued tamper-proof IDs, taxed at a rate equal to or higher than American citizens, and required to work for employers who deduct and match taxes.
