It’s official! I’m running for re-election for President of the Cook County Board.  I’m deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to create transformational change in Cook County over the past decade and look forward to what we can accomplish in the next four years. We have taken on meaningful criminal justice reform and safely reduced the jail population, expanded access to affordable healthcare, and shored up the County’s finances and pension obligations.

Even though we have made significant progress, the job isn’t done. President Biden told me he expects Cook County to be a leader in his Build Back Better agenda, and I don’t intend to let him down. We will work hand in hand with the White House to improve the lives of Cook County residents as we recover from this pandemic. But the government is nothing without the support of the people.

Will you help us continue the progress we’ve made?  Please consider chipping in $22 to help launch our re-election efforts!  Click here to join Team Toni!

I am running for re-election to continue this good work and see through some of our long-term initiatives. We’ve accomplished a lot, but together, we can do a lot more.

Thank You,

Toni Preckwinkle
