Brookline, Massachusetts – A lawsuit is seeking to nullify a recent ban that prohibits sale of tobacco and vape products to anyone born after Jan. 1, 2000. The ban would have been effective September 27, 2021.

Wallace, North Carolina – Mayor Farrior split a 2-2 tie voting in favor of a rule prohibiting the use of tobacco products during sporting events sponsored by the Town Parks and Rec Department. The rule applies to all tobacco products including cigarettes, chewing tobacco, and electronic vaping devices.
