Every day, there are relentless, vicious and often coordinated right wing attacks across all social media platforms by out-of-state individuals who have never visited nor care about Chicago, but have heard the constant dog whistle and are amplifying the hate.
What's more, while Trump is no longer in office, his people continue to target Democratic mayors across the country, including Mayor Lightfoot. Our Mayor might not be on the ballot in 2022, but she is one of their favorite targets, and the right wing attacks show no sign of stopping.
