Earlier this week, we announced a big goal of 2,000 donations for our first FEC fundraising deadline.
We are thrilled to tell you that we've already surpassed the goal thanks to the incredible support from this grassroots team. That's amazing.
But the truth is that we cannot slow down before tonight's fundraising deadline at midnight...not with the polls showing Mandela tied with Ron Johnson in this race.
So we've set a bigger goal of 4,000 donations.
Will we get there? It will be a stretch, that's for sure. But it's very important that we try. Because lots of people contributing what they can is how we're going to win this race.
Shortly after this deadline ends, our campaign will publicly report how much Mandela has raised as well as the number of contributions his campaign has received.
