This is only the second full quarter Democrats have had to post fundraising numbers since President Trump left office.

Conventional wisdom dictates that without Trump as a figurehead for the GOP and its terrible policy, Democratic fundraising must be down. Naturally, Republicans are eager to see how our fundraising has taken a hit.

Here’s the thing: I don’t agree with that piece of conventional wisdom.
