No president has done as much damage to our vision of a just, secure and
democratic Israel as Donald Trump. No president has done more to undermine
the rights of Palestinians.

Legitimizing settlements. Shuttering diplomatic offices. Greenlighting
annexation. Empowering Israel’s far-right. Cutting coexistence projects.
It’s an appalling legacy -- we cannot let it stand.

Andy Levin’s new Two-State Solution Act will help undo Trump’s far-right
legacy on Israel and realign American leadership with our shared values.

* It makes clear that building settlements on Palestinian land violates
international law and the rights of Palestinians;
* It ensures US security aid to Israel cannot be used to support
creeping annexation, including demolishing homes, evicting families
and expanding settlements;
* It supports the reopening of US and Palestinian diplomatic offices
shuttered under Trump;
* It restores US recognition of the Green Line, invests in human rights
and coexistence projects, and calls on Palestinians to fight
incitement and reform their prisoner payment program.
