The hearing [[link removed]] will examine how threats to abortion access disproportionately harm communities that already experience health disparities, and why federal action to protect abortion rights and access is needed right now.

We thank the House for passing the Women’s Health Protection Act [[link removed]] (WHPA) — which would secure the right to access abortion care throughout the US — and urge the Senate to quickly do the same as access to care deteriorates.
