As the father of seven children, the back-to-school season is always a chaotic time for my family. We are getting used to new schedules, new classes, and sometimes even a new city. But it’s also an incredible time to reflect on how much the kids have grown and matured since the year before.
It’s amazing to think about, but some of the children YOU have rescued through your giving also had their first day of school a few weeks ago. In fact, some of them are already 11 years old, and with each year that passes, they are growing, maturing, and living out their God-given potential.
Simply put, they are alive – something that every child deserves.
