Kristalina Georgieva has just been appointed chief of the International Monetary Fund, it’s crucial that dealing with the global debt crisis is at the top of her to do list. Tell her to stop bailing out reckless lenders:
Take Action Now ([link removed])

🌍 Countries are being forced to prioritise debt repayments while their citizens suffer a lack of basic services like healthcare and education.

💰 Many of these debts are owed to banks and private finance. When the IMF steps in they are bailing out these reckless lenders without supporting countries to write off or bring down debts, fuelling the debt crisis.

It’s time to bail out people not banks

✋ When citizens around the world have taken a stand against exploitative debt we have achieved huge changes, including billions in debt relief for the most impoverished countries. We can win again if enough of us act.

Thank you
