The path to holding our Democratic majorities in Congress runs straight through Nevada, and my friend Susie Lee is up for re-election in its third district — one of the closest battleground seats in the country.

Susie’s team is coming up on their end-of-quarter fundraising deadline, which will determine a lot for a race as close as hers. I’m doing everything I can to make sure Susie is re-elected but her team still needs your help.

I’m someone who benefitted from public education throughout my life, so it matters to folks like me that public servants like Susie have a track record of fighting to properly fund and equip public schools with the resources they need.

Like you and I, Susie knows that high-quality, affordable education opportunities build a stronger workforce in Nevada and across the country. That’s why she has worked to ensure that students are given 21st century job training that won’t leave them struggling with hundreds of thousands of dollars in student debt.
