Dear John,
Thank you for equipping the Lord’s people to preach the good news of Jesus in Africa. As our founder Michael Cassidy (who has just turned 85) has said, AE is first and foremost a ministry of preachers (2 Tim 4:5). Through our school of evangelism and mission initiatives, we are spreading the good news of Jesus throughout Africa, training and equipping believers for every good work and bringing the unreached into a relationship with Jesus.
We patiently work in the cities of Africa to see the nations turn to Jesus, and you are with us as we preach in over one hundred languages, and shine the light of Christ in every word and deed. Some insights into mission Africa are below, and this month we update you on Nii Ammo, chair of AE Ghana and former Chaplain to the late President Prof Mills; how AE South Africa is witnessing to KwaZulu-Natal after the riots; and give a testimony of a new believer following mission in Zomba Malawi.
God bless you and thank you for being with us on mission in Africa, that continues despite all the challenges we face, thanks to the faith of our evangelists in Africa and your support.
Together we will reach over a million people by the end of the year.
