No doubt about it, we send a good number of emails. Maybe more than some of your friends and family send you.

But we hope you will take that as a sign of just how important these messages are to this campaign, and to beating Ron Johnson.

Because what you may not know is that the overwhelming number of people contributing to Mandela’s campaign are people giving small amounts of money, and most of those come in response to emails like this one.

So when you see us tied in the polls and eventually passing Ron Johnson, when you see Mandela win on election night and get sworn in, and when you see him cast that 50th vote to overturn the filibuster, know it’s emails like this that made it happen.

And it’s why we have to ask:

Can Mandela count on you to make a contribution before our official FEC fundraising deadline comes to a close tomorrow? We would not ask if it were not so terribly important.
