Team –

You're probably getting a lot of emails about an "upcoming FEC fundraising deadline." Well, let us explain what that deadline means and why it's so important.

The Federal Election Committee (FEC) collects and reports every federal campaign's activity, including what they've raised and spent every fiscal quarter. These reports are then published, giving political pundits and opponents a look into the strength of a campaign.

Tomorrow is the next FEC deadline, and right now, our numbers are not where they need to be. With McConnell's hand-picked candidate eyeing this seat and another far-right candidate already in the race, we cannot afford to fall short.

Can Maggie count on you to donate before the FEC deadline on September 30th? Just $5 today, or however much you can, will go a long way in the fight to protect this seat. [[link removed]]

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

This deadline is an opportunity to show the strength of our campaign fundraising and our grassroots support. It's going to take all of us working together to stand up to the GOP's deep pockets, and falling short will only open us up to even more attacks.

Putting it plainly: what we report after the books close on September 30th will have a lasting effect on the rest of this campaign. So please, consider chipping in. [[link removed]]

Thank you in advance for your support!
