Just when you thought they couldn’t stoop any lower, Democrats snuck a last minute red flag law restricting your second amendment rights into the bill funding our military that passed this week. Leave it to Democrats to take away your right to defend yourself in the bill meant for the defense of our country!
Red flag laws are a violation of the
Second Amendment, plain and simple.
No one should have their gun rights taken away without due process.
As a member of the Armed Services Conference Committee, Jim will lead the effort to ensure this red flag law provision is STRIPPED from the final bill ensuring it never becomes law.
This unconscionable stunt by the Democrats will NOT be a one-time occurrence, friend. We MUST stop this red flag law in order to prevent DECEIT and DUPLICITY from becoming the norm in Congress.
