UN Women’s Generation Equality campaign ([link removed]) marks the 25th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action ([link removed]) , the most visionary agenda for women’s rights and empowerment everywhere.

Small actions can have big impacts in making this vision a reality. Everyone has a role to play. This month in Generation Equality, we are spotlighting some pressing women’s rights issues: empowerment of girls, rural women’s leadership, climate action and women’s meaningful participation in peace processes.
