President Biden’s Build Back Better agenda hangs in the balance right now. If Democrats stand together, we can fulfill long-held promises to voters:

Expanding Medicare to cover hearing, dental and vision
Lowering prescription drug prices
Expanding home and community-based services
Investing in pandemic prevention

But corporate lobbyists and their captured members in Congress are hard at work trying to blow up the deal and make sure all we get is a few fixed bridges and a whole lot of broken promises.

We need to hold the line and demand that Congress passes the Build Back Better Act and the bipartisan infrastructure bill together. If the infrastructure bill passes without the Build Back Better Act, corporate lobbyists can block the rest of President Biden’s agenda.

Can you call your representative right now at 1-202-559-1155 and say:

I’m your constituent, and I’m urging the representative to hold the line and deliver on President Biden’s promises by passing the Build Back Better Act and the bipartisan infrastructure bill together. Passing these bills separately would risk the opportunity to expand Medicare, lower prescription drug prices, expand home and community-based services, and prevent the next pandemic. The representative should vote ‘no’ on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill if it comes to the House floor without the Build Back Better Act.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi has scheduled a vote on the infrastructure bill for tomorrow night, even though the Build Back Better Act isn’t finished. This is a make-or-break moment for Joe Biden’s presidency.
