Friend,

$15.

That’s the average contribution to our campaign this quarter. And while it may seem like just a statistic to you, it represents so much more to me.

Every time someone donates to our campaign, it reminds me of the grassroots movement, much bigger than you or me, that I’m fighting for every single day on the Senate floor. A coalition of everyday Americans who believe our government should work for everyone — not just the ones who are wealthy or well-connected.

It’s the same coalition of Americans who turned out to vote in record-breaking numbers during the 2020 election despite an unprecedented, unrelenting global pandemic. The results from the 2020 election in Minnesota and across the country made it abundantly clear that millions of Americans favor climate solutions, reproductive rights, affordable and accessible healthcare, common-sense gun laws, and so much more.

However, this outpouring of support for candidates who espouse facts over fiction and place country before party frightened the GOP. It’s why they’re determined to spread Donald Trump’s Big Lie and disenfranchise millions of voters ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

They understand the majority of Americans don’t support their dishonorable and outdated values, which is why they’re doing everything in their power to strip away voting rights and curry favor with their far-right base.

So, friend, that’s why I’m asking for your support:

With the FEC deadline only 24 hours away — can you pitch in $15 or any amount you can afford right now to help fuel my fight protecting our democracy and enacting policies for all Americans?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

By the time you’ve read this part of my email, someone has already chipped in $15 and they’re hoping you will too. We will always be stronger when we come together and work towards a common goal.

It’s going to be an uphill battle to defeat the GOP in the midterm elections but I know this grassroots team can do it. Thank you for being an important part of our work.
