I've known Marie for years now, and there's one thing I know for sure about her -- she's never been one to back down when things get tough.

We set an ambitious fundraising goal this month, but we're falling short.

We need a strong fundraising haul to show any opponents that we've got a broad coalition of supporters ready to keep this seat in 2022. Illinois Republicans are already fighting hard to win back a House majority next year and are recruiting far-right conservatives to run against us. The National Republican Congressional Committee still ahs IL-03 as one of their top targets, and with redistricting still not complete, they think they have a shot.

Marie's been a champion for IL-03 in the short amount of time she's been in Congress, and I want to be sure we keep her there.
