Today, I'm about to unearth President Biden's weaponizing of the IRS to target Christians.

TODAY, I am personally testifying before Members of the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee at a roundtable about the Biden Administration's dangerous move.

The IRS denied tax-exempt status to an otherwise-qualified group because of "Bible teachings," claiming that those biblical teachings are political – specifically that they are views of the "Republican party." It's not only outrageous, but it's blatantly illegal.

During the Obama-Biden Administration, we resoundingly defeated the IRS after they targeted conservatives. After a massive, years-long legal battle, we secured a court order forbidding the IRS from EVER targeting someone for their beliefs again.

Now the Biden IRS could be going beyond targeting conservatives and pro-lifers – and going directly after Christians.

We've filed a MAJOR lawsuit against the Biden IRS – ACLJ v. IRS – over this targeting of Christians, and the Biden Administration's refusal to comply with the law.
