Did you know that Abigail Spanberger and I are both University of Virginia grads? I am proud to serve in Congress with a fellow 'Hoo, especially one who is as great of a leader as Abigail.

Abigail is an outstanding public servant who always puts the needs of Central Virginians first. She has led the charge in Congress to advocate for rural broadband expansion and the lowering of prescription drug prices. I am confident Abigail will continue to do crucial work to move our country forward when elected for another term.

However, Abigail is a 2022 Frontline Member, which means she will not have an easy road ahead of her.

In fact, Abigail’s last race was one of the closest House races in the country. She won by less than 2%!

Outside groups have already begun running ads attacking her in her district, and we expect the opposition to intensify as we get closer to election day.

That’s why we need to support Abigail now, before the end-of-quarter deadline. With the proper resources to run the strongest campaign possible, we’ll send Abigail back to Congress with a resounding victory in 2022.
