Stacey Abrams is not afraid to call out the inequitable, indefensible, un-American status quo in our broken healthcare system.
In her latest op-ed for CNN Business, Stacey blasted the “callous leadership” of a dozen states for putting “politics over health.”
That includes her home state of Georgia's GOP Governor Brian Kemp, who not only turned down the federal government's incentives to expand Medicaid, he defied all logic by rebuking the Biden administration's offer to help Georgia increase COVID-19 vaccination capacity, saying “I will pursue every legal option available to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach.”
Kemp is an absolute disgrace, and 2022 should be his last year ever holding public office.

Now THAT is what a leader sounds like, folks.
If you agree, we need your help. Stacey Abrams hasn't officially announced her campaign to challenge Brian Kemp. She's waiting for a clear signal from progressives across the country that we'll watch her back when Kemp's GOP wrecking crew comes after her.
But we're still far short of where we need to be to give her a chance to beat Kemp. The anti-democratic GOP knows Democrats have begun organizing to give Stacey a fair shot, and they're working overtime to make sure she sits out in 2022. If we can't raise $1,500 this week, the GOP will see it as a clear sign that they can steamroll Stacey's campaign next year.
