I wrote to you yesterday because there's an important Federal Election Commission deadline tomorrow.

 

This is particularly pressing because the GOP-controlled PA state legislature is set to redraw my district. They're eager to find any sign of weakness in the fundraising numbers I will publicly report this week.

 

I knew this would happen. That's why my team launched our Litigation Fund to fight the Republicans in court if they attempt to steal my seat. Now we must pull together the resources to get ready.

 

But when my office ran the numbers earlier this morning, we still came up $4,474 short. If we can't make up the difference, I could lose my seat and Democrats could lose our fragile House majority. And, worst of all, Americans will lose their say in government when control is handed back to the GOP.
