See, that’s what the Judge on Garcia’s case stated in court, moments before he was sentenced – and it was ARM’s evidence that made her bring down the hammer hard on him.

Because our brave investigators went where others wouldn’t venture, Rancho Garcia finally came to an abrupt halt and violent animal killers were brought to their knees after 20 years of operating. 

• JAILED: along with his goons. The Judge also stipulated, once they get out, they can NEVER own an animal or be in close proximity of any animal ever again…or they will be thrown right back in jail!
• SEIZED: all his assets, including the hundreds of victims imprisoned at his ‘torture farm’.  They now live at ARM Sanctuary. 
• BANKRUPT: stripped of all of the profits he made from the suffering and torment of animals. Buried his empire into the ground, never to be resurrected again!
