Earlier this month, we promised to sue over unconstitutional vaccine mandates.

 

Today, we are fulfilling that promise.

 

With your support, we’re filing a lawsuit against Montgomery County Public
Schools, Maryland (MCPS) for its refusal to accommodate religious exemptions in
violation of Title VII.

So, when an MCPS administrator, who requested to remain anonymous due to fear
of losing his job, was recently denied a religious exemption from getting the
COVID vaccine, we stepped in and filed this critical lawsuit.

 

The precedent set by this case could be massive as employers across the
country are increasingly forcing employees to get vaccinated or face the
consequences—get fired!  

 

But for this lawsuit to make a difference - we need your help to win. Would

But John, do you want to know the most ridiculous part of this whole situation?

 

Our client in this case is an administrator and isn’t routinely exposed to
students or teachers.

 

In fact, he’s sitting in a room alone almost all day.

 

He even offered to take extra precautions to keep everyone safe:

* Weekly testing
* Constant masking
* Social Distancing
* Working with his office door closed
* And even teleworking.
But MCPS still refused to accommodate him.

 

All that MCPS and other leftist officials care about is their power to make
employees comply with their tyrannical orders in all aspects of their life.

 

MCPS can accommodate religious beliefs, but it chooses not to—after all, MCPS
does accommodate employees through medical exemptions.

 

The government is prepared to discriminate openly and viciously against those
whose religious beliefs prevent them from getting vaccinated.

 

That’s why we filed this lawsuit and that’s why we need your help to fight
this insanity.
