I’m very happy to report that the EQUAL Act has passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a huge margin of 316 to 66. The EQUAL Act, which would finally put an end to the federal sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine, has been a FAMM priority since introduction – but we wouldn’t be here without your hard work calling and emailing your members of Congress.

Still, the work isn’t over yet. The EQUAL Act still needs to pass the Senate, where we have a big fight ahead of us. Please take a moment to email your Senators today using the link below and urge them to follow the House’s lead. Let’s finish this fight.
