To dismantle the problem of sexual harassment in Albany, male leaders need to step up. Legislation is important, but it’s not enough; it’s time to transform Albany’s toxic culture in the workplace!

For decades, Albany has been driven by a culture of patriarchy and power that has created a toxic environment. Men need to play a role in changing that, and I am committed to standing up for women and victims of sexual harassment.
