My priority as Chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is protecting our House majority -- and that means we need to reelect Chris Pappas.

Chris is one of the few LGBTQ members of Congress, and keeping him fighting for progress alongside me in the House is personal. But team, Chris is also a Frontline Democrat which means his race could very well determine whether we maintain the House majority.

National Republicans are already targeting Chris and his pro-Trump opponents are on TV falsely claiming the 2020 election was stolen -- so when I say this race is important, I mean it.

I can't emphasize enough that our House majority is at serious risk in 2022, team. Historical trends tell us that Republicans have the edge in the upcoming midterm election -- and National Republicans actually outraised Democrats last quarter.

I know that Chris has what it takes to beat the odds again, but in the face of Republican dark money attacks, Chris needs your support more than ever.

Thanks to grassroots supporters like you, we were able to take back the House majority in 2018 and defend our majority in 2020. But the reality is holding our majority in 2022 is going to be an uphill battle.
