John --

In case you missed it, last week, the House passed the Women's Health Protection Act. If enacted, this bill will protect abortion rights at the federal level by making measures like the Texas abortion ban illegal.

Diana has been a fierce defender of reproductive health care throughout her entire career and was a tireless advocate for the WHPA. With abortion bans and restrictions being passed in state legislatures across the country, we have to make sure nothing slows Diana down in the fight to uphold Roe v. Wade.

Diana is facing the FEC end-of-quarter deadline this Thursday at midnight and set a goal to raise $4,000. She still hasn't reached her goal, so I'm asking: will you have Diana's back as she fights for our rights? Rush a donation now to show your support >> [link removed]

Did you see the news, friend? The Women's Health Protection Act just passed through the House!

If enacted, this bill will make challenges to Roe v. Wade -- like ones we've seen in Texas and Mississippi -- illegal at the federal level.

Abortion bans and restrictions, enacted by extreme legislators and governors, harm our communities and take away women’s constitutional rights. Just this week, the consequences of Texas' extreme law started to unfold when a lawsuit was filed against an abortion provider who violated the ban.

As co-chair of the Congressional Pro-Choice Caucus, Diana is taking action against these threats to Roe. In recent months, she's advocated against the global gag rule, fought to remove Hyde from spending bills, and introduced expansions to abortion coverage. Now, she's working to get the Women's Health Protection Act to the president's desk, so abortion rights are protected for generations to come.

We need to have her back.

Diana is approaching the crucial FEC end-of-quarter deadline on the 30th and needs our help so she can meet her $4,000 fundraising goal. Rush a donation now to keep her fighting for abortion rights.
