As one of the strongest advocates for small businesses in Congress, I’m proud to support the Job Creators Network’s lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s federal vaccine mandate.

 

President Biden’s unconstitutional mandate is already causing hardship on millions of hardworking Americans facing the terrible decision to receive a vaccine they do not want or lose their livelihoods.

 

The federal government has no right to put this mandate on the shoulders of small businesses and their employees, which I intend to prove in court in partnership with the Job Creators Network.

 

Biden’s mandate is an undue burden on businesses, especially small businesses, at a time when job creation is essential.

 

Businesses are having a hard enough time hiring as it is, and we should be empowering job creators to hire new staff and grow their businesses.

 

I hope you will stand by my side as I continue to fight for our small business owners and employees.
