Join us on Saturday, October 2, as we close out Banned Book Week with a carpool cinema screening of "The Hunger Games." The book has been banned and challenged across the U.S. for "insensitivity," being "anti-family," and many other reasons.

At the ACLU of Alaska, we believe the right to free expression means the right to think freely without the government policing your thoughts. We believe in an educated citizenry and a society where ideas are openly disseminated, discussed, and debated.
